Dots, Lines, and Boxes
Players take turns joining two dots. Complete the fourth side of a box and it is yours, and you go again. Most boxes wins. Five minutes to learn, and it does not get old.
No screen, no battery, no setup. Ages 5 to 18, which really means anyone who will sit still for one more round.
