Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearing, on business days. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel is handed over.
United States orders usually arrive two to four business days after dispatch. Canada and international orders usually take seven to fourteen days. These are the carrier's typical times and not a guarantee.
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Those are charged by your customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will contact you and reship once. Email a correction as soon as you spot it, because we cannot change an address after dispatch.
