What we collect, which is not much.
To send you a book we need a name, a delivery address and an email address. We keep that information for as long as we need it for the order, the guarantee window, and our tax records.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never sent to us or stored by us. We see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded, which is what a receipt shows.
We email you about your order. We do not run a marketing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. If that changes, it will be opt-in and it will say so at the point you opt in.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file.
We do not sell or rent your information. It goes to the payment processor and to the carrier delivering your parcel, because it has to, and no further.
Email info@eastthebeasts.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion is subject to records we are required to keep for tax purposes.
