Cancel before it ships. We replace what arrives wrong.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Email us before then and we will cancel it and refund the full price, no questions asked. Once it has shipped, the book has already been printed and mailed on your behalf, so this window closes.
There is no guarantee tied to whether the method works for you. The book is built to be finished: undated pages so you can start on any day, and weekly reviews built into the structure rather than left for you to invent. We stand behind the design, not a refund window.
If a book arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, email us with a photo and we will replace it at no cost. This is separate from the above and has no time limit.
Email info@eastthebeasts.com with the order number from your receipt. One email is enough.
Refunds, where one applies, are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within five to ten business days, which is your bank's timeline rather than ours.
Orders placed through Amazon are refunded by Amazon under their own returns policy, not this one. We cannot refund a purchase we did not take payment for.
